Swordfish (Xiphias Gladius)
Swordfish, also known as Mekajiki in Japanese, is a well-known sashimi cuisine. The meat is creamy white to pinkish. It has a high oil content and firm texture. This fish is also enjoyed grilled.
• Frozen Premium Sashimi
Our tasteless smoked sashimi Swordfish is processed from freshly caught fish from the deep sea. It’s flavor is creamy and mild.
• Frozen Non-Sashimi
Our frozen natural Swordfish is frozen immediately upon catch on the vessel. Once at our factory it is never defrosted but instead processed to steaks, loins or others whilst in it’s frozen state.
